 Shared note | Dux SGHS 1936, too young to go to Teacher's College, so worked in library for 1 year. Stayed with sister Phyllis in 1938 ( Wallace teaching at John McGlashan), flatted with 3 others at 400 Leith St 1939 Surrey Park School 1940 as PA Taught at Seaward Downs 1941 boarding with Wallace and Phyllis again who were teaching at Waituna. Period from 1 Dec (Feb?) 41 until 11 Apr 44 Met Tom at Teachers College dances. Teachers College Dunedin 1938,1939 Married in Dec 1943 |
